Buying

You can find the all editions of Taxi right here on our website. You can also find us online at Amazon.com, eBay, and in selected retailers, gift shops and sports shops nationwide. Please visit our retailers page for more information. For wholesale inquiries, please reach out to sales@taxiboardgame.co.uk.

Yes we will ship the game to most countries. If you have any questions please email us at sales@taxiboardgame.co.uk.

Taxi is fun and easy to play board game. As you go round the board, you pick up passengers and whether you receive a ‘tip’ is determined by your ability to answer the trivia question. There are two other fun features i.e. Sound Off and Give or Take. Click here to see the rules.

Taxi can be played by between 2 and 4 players or 2 and 4 teams of players.

Taxi is aimed at players between the age of 12 and over. However children younger than 12 often play when partnered with an adult. It’s a great way to learn about their city, team or sport.

The number of questions varies across the range of games. Typically:

For games ordered via our online shop – games will be dispatched within 36 hours of the order being received and will normally arrive in 2 to 3 days after they have been dispatched. For games ordered via Amazon or eBay or another retailer – you should check their shipping details.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our site is fully encrypted and secured by SSL. In addition, we do not store any payment card details. Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email to  sales@taxiboardgame.co.uk, telling us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

For anything else, please get in touch. Tell us what you would like to replace and we will do our best to help. There may be a small charge to send on replacement pieces.

If you want to return something unopened that you bought within the last 30 days we can help you out. If you bought your game from Amazon or anywhere other than this store, you’ll have to take it up with them. If you bought something on Amazon, you can contact them here. Otherwise:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Board Games with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@taxiboardgame.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@taxiboardgame.co.uk and send your item to: Taxi Game Ltd.,Consumer Services Department, 5 Turnhouse Farm Road, Edinburgh, United Kingdom,
EH12 0AT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Yes, we plan to continually add to our range of games, we are currently in discussions with a number of different sports teams/associations and will be releasing updates once new deals have been agreed.

We are working on a Sound Off (like a Cabbie) card game. It should be available soon.

Yes, the world doesn’t stand still so we plan to update questions on a 5 year cycle. Keep checking back to our website for more information.
